I'm Mary and I'm OffYourRockers! I know that's an unusual name, and no, I'm not crazy, but it's the first thing my husband said when I told him I was going to sell on eBay more than 10 years ago. It was cute and the name stuck. I've kind of built a brand around that title for all my online ventures. On eBay, I'm OffYourRockers (of course). On Bonanzle, I'm OffYourRockers. I sell homeschooling and children's books on my own e-commerce site, aptly named GetOffYourRockers. My little, trivial blog is (you guessed it) OffYourRockers. Heck, I've even tried my hand at Twittering to the tune of OffYourRockers, but I don't know anyone who's following me or why.

I'm a Navy and Gulf-War veteran. I served from 1983 to 2003 as a Navy journalist and public affairs specialist. I was on board USS Dixon(AS-37) in the Persian Gulf in 1990 and also served on board USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19), the flagship for the Seventh Fleet in Yokosuka, Japan. I was also a DJ for the Armed Forces Radio and Television Service in Diego Garcia and Iwakuni, Japan. I'm also knowledgeable in desktop publishing, HTML and web-building, as well as marketing and design.
Why I'm here
I researched GDI for several months and feel that this is a good company that provides a great service. I would like to be able to offer my skills and help local businesses and Hoosiers that don't have the skills or time, but still want to have a website.
